Murli's Dhaba isn't just a restaurant. It is a living tribute, a promise kept, and a family legacy reborn after two decades.
The Beginning
Shri Ashwani Kumar Pandit founded a humble dhaba with one belief: serving food is an act of joy and community.
A Promise Made
Though he left us early, a mother's courage kept his memory alive, raising two children against all odds.
The Revival
After two decades, the dream was reignited. With limited resources but unlimited passion, Murli's Dhaba was reborn.
A Living Legacy
Every dish carries the authentic taste of 1996 and the soulful passion of the man who started it all.
In 1996, my father believed that serving food is an act of joy and community. He wasn't just running a business; he was creating a home away from home.
Tragically, he left us in 2002, leaving behind a young family and an unfinished dream. My mother, with immense courage, raised and educated his two small children against all odds. For over two decades, that dream lay dormant but never died.
In 2023, we decided it was time to pick up my father's ladle, to revive his recipes exactly as he crafted them, and to reignite that spirit of joyful service.

The name "Murli's Dhaba" is a tribute to Krishan Murari – honoring our grandfather. The murli (flute) symbolizes harmony, connection, and the music that brings people together. It represents the melody of our past meeting the rhythm of our future.
